Less Rain by Game Time

Good news baseball fans! The steady rain should be gone by this evening. Over 1.5 inches of rain has fallen since yesterday, but the storm bringing that precipitation is starting to head out to sea. A few showers are expected through the afternoon but they should diminish to a drizzle by game time. Temperatures will remain steady in the mid 50s through the evening.

Kind of a mixed weather bag for tomorrow. Cloudy skies in the morning should give way to sunshine in the afternoon as high pressure arrives and removes the last remains of this storm. Tomorrow's high will range from the mid 50s to lower 60s, depending on when the clouds give way.

Friday will see tomorrow's patterned reversed, with sunny morning skies giving way to a cloudy afternoon. Ignore the Weather Service's wacky forecast for rain on Friday. They're such kidders! By Saturday we'll be on the, uh, warm backside of the high pressure system. Look for more clouds than sun but a high in the mid 60s. Just in time for trick-or-treating there's currently a slight chance of rain on Saturday afternoon and evening.
