Newsday reports, "A 52-year-old Lindenhurst resident annoyed his neighbors by hanging a Nazi swastika flag from the chimney of his house - until his mother made him take it down." Greggs had initially refused, but the media attention prompted Richard Greggs' 75-year-old mother to ask him to remove it. She noted he had done nothing illegal, "He's just into everything with World War II. He has no affiliation with [the Nazi Party]."

No affiliation doesn't make it right. That flag represents everything that is evil in the world. EVERYTHING!
Does that include the Indian culture that Hitler stole it from?
Some could, and do, say the same thing about the American flag.
I am sure the Palestinian mothers of the bombed children feel the same way about Israel 's flag. It is just cloth, why do people go crazy over flags? I seen people go crazy when American flags are burned in protests. I been what it the real damage? A burnt flag.
what it the real damage? A burnt flag.
As odd as this story may seem to some, it's more common than a lot of people know. My best friend that died a couple of years ago was OBSESSED with WWII, specifically the Nazis and German military dress. He loved the way they looked, but wasn't keen on their philosophy.
"Mom! You're such a fascist!"
JohnnyOrchestra FTW!!
I rather protect the First amendment than a flag.
I 2nd this!
I wish many Mom's would make their lil' rednecks stop displaying Confederate flags.
what a momma's boy.
What's the address?
And to think this happened midway through preparations to declare a Thousand Year Reich at the Lindenhurst Rally.
