NJ Airport Worker, Accused Of Threats To Obama, Due In Court
Via WCBS 2
The Port Authority says the authorities found 43 guns, though none appeared to be illegally obtained thus far. The Secret Service did not disclose the kind of threats that Brek allegedly made, but did say, "We get scores of these every day. This is not uncommon." However, what made things a little more uncommon was the fact that Obama was in NYC on Tuesday and NJ yesterday.
Brek, who is being held on $100,00 bail, has denied making any threats. His landlord Leonard Parsons told WCBS 2, "He's very upset with the country, with the way it's going and I'm upset about it, too." Parsons, who noted that Brek's door had an American flag and a "God Bless America" sign, also said, "I go to these different clubs and they criticize Bush. They say they'd like to kill him and this and that," with wife Minnie adding, "If you don't hear the situation, it could be twisted, too."
