Not only is she dealing with fallout from schoolyard fights, monitoring health issues (obesity, swine flu), she also needs to work with different cultures, "With Christians, I am Christian. With Jews, I am Jewish. With Muslims, I am Muslim. With Arabic, I am Arabic. I have to serve all."
