Unfortunately Placed Sticker On Daily News Cover

2009_10_dncc1.jpg Naturally, since tonight is the first game of the American League Championship Series between the Yankees and Angels, the city is pumped. The Daily News put Yankees ace CC Sabathia on its front page, referring to the Nor'easter weather with the headline "HEAT OF THE NIGHT" ("CC promises to warm up the chilly Bronx as Yankees open against Angels").

But a reader sent us a photograph of his copy of the paper and the headline doesn't work that well with an unfortunately placed PC Richards sticker.

    Usually those stickers are found on the middle edge of the newspaper (yes, I buy the newspaper every morning), and they're easy to remove.



    Why didn't this person take a pic of the sticker before he/she bought the newspaper.
