Kari Ferrell, better known as the Hipster Grifter, will be out of jail in 9 months, according to Animal, who contacted the Salt Lake City Correctional Facility.

A local paper also confirms, reporting on the series of events that got her there, saying: "The 22-year-old pleaded guilty in August to third-degree felony forgery, two misdemeanor counts of issuing a bad check or draft and one misdemeanor count each of attempted forgery, attempted identify fraud and attempted issuing a bad check or draft. Ferrell on Friday was given credit for 132 days she already served behind bars. She also was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $4,194 in restitution."

No word on if she saw her Law & Order episode. Anyway, consider this your warning, marshmallows — you've got 9 months to build up a resistance to mouth handjobs.
