I wonder if the security men who ordered the Times columnist off the airplane worked for the airline or for the TSA. It doesn't seem the offense he was mistakenly accused of should be a violation of federal air travel security regulations. And if he was being removed at the airline's discretion, the Times should have identified the airline.
It was Comair, a regional affiliate of Delta.
