Yankees' Ladies Told To Keep Mouths Shut About K-Hud

As she continues her high-profile romance with the Yankees' third baseman, Kate Hudson is getting a little boost from the Yankees. At least, that's what Page Six says.

The gossip section says, "The Yankees' wives and girlfriends have been banned from trashing Kate Hudson after Page Six revealed there was coldness between her and Derek Jeter's squeeze, Minka Kelly." Ah, yes, back in August, Page Six found out that "things between the two photogenic actresses are frostier than the new stadium's $9 beer," prompting one person to say, "I don't know if it's a personal thing, or just an extension of the ongoing A-Rod-Jeter rivalry."

Kelly is low-key, whereas Hudson is an enthusiastic front-row fan (bringing along parents Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell) and is spotted all over town with A-Rod. Now a source spills, "The Yankees told the girls to be careful who they spoke to about Kate. They are concerned about the ramifications for the players." What, like A-Rod not being clutch during this post-season?

Kate was raised around baseball; Kurt could have been a major leaguer. She sits close to the action all the time to cheer her man, not in the private suite and she seems to be making Arod happy, which makes him play looser and better. Her cutie-pie face could melt an iceberg. The only thing wrong with her, unfortunately, is that flat chest.

Meanwhile that other woman couldn't care less about the game except for being Jeter's skank of the month. Frankly, Jeter could do much netter.
