Car Crashes Into Queens Bus Stop, 7 Injured

2009_10_busstopq.jpg An apparently "out-of-control" car crashed into a bus stop at Douglaston Parkway and 65th Avenue in Queens. Seven people are injured.

According to WCBS 2, the "vehicle jumped the curb and struck a bus stop shelter in Queens... Police say the incident occurred shortly before 8 a.m." and "six of the victims sustained serious injuries, while the seventh suffered minor injuries." The area has been closed for investigation.
