Suspect Questioned in Shooting of Innocent Bystander Queens Teen

2009_10_kevinmiller.jpg The 13-year-old boy who was fatally shot just after getting out of school on Friday was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire. Kevin Miller, a freshman at Campus Magnet Humanities and the Arts High School, was using extra allowance he had received for doing chores and good grades to go to McDonald's with a friend when he ended up the victim of a stray bullet that came flying when another group of teenagers got into a fight at a nearby car wash and someone began shooting. Last night police took a teenage suspect into custody for the shootings of Miller and a 17-year-old worker at the car wash who was shot in the leg and is in stable condition. The suspect is undergoing questioning and awaiting charges.

A local resident who was describing the Cambria Heights spot that's known for the fights that have gone down over the years told reporters, "You got a lot of kids coming from the school, so you need a police presence just to show that they can forget what they're thinking about, getting in trouble." Miller's aunt told the News that that sort of trouble was the family's biggest fear after they had just allowed him to start traveling back and forth to school on his own. As his mother pleaded that the killer be brought to justice swiftly, his aunt said, "We need to deal with the facts. We have to bury a 13-year-old boy whose life just began."

Absolutely heartbreaking. Prayers for the family of this young man and may the punk that shot him rot in hell.

What the fuck.

Why is it seemingly always the good kids that are getting offed.

:(.

It's not only the good kids. You just don't remember the bad kids, the ones where commenters always say, "Hah! Good riddance to the scum! Darwin Award winner!"

Thank you Al Sharpton, 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement, Latino Officers Association, Charles Barron, Leroy Comrie, James Sanders, Eric Adams, Malcom Smith, Anthony Miranda, Robert Gonzalez and the rest of the "community organizations" along with the ACLU and scummer Norman Seigal that have caused this to happen.

The cops have been beaten by them. They have been demonized and villified for 'Racial Profiling' and "stopping and frisking" too many people for "no reason". At the same time they demand the cops do what the parents and adults of these kids cant do and that is STOP THEM FROM CARRYING GUNS AND KILLING ONE ANOTHER.

This great kid with a promising life ahead of him is the VICTIM. The mother the other day in the Bronx that was killed protecting her 3 year old was the VICTIM. The kid in Chicago the other day, beaten to death by the horde with railroad tyes and 2x4's was the VICTIM. The good kids tortured for doing good in school and staying off the drug corners are the VICTIMS.

Get it straight losers... the dope dealers and gangbangers carrying guns, knives and dope are not the VICTIMS !!! The cops cant raise them, educate them, nurture them and love them. Thats the goddamn parents and families job.

It is the job of the elected leaders of a country, along with the diplomats and the ambassadors and the like to keep nations out of wars and armed conflicts. To seek the peace and keep its citizens safe. When that fails, it becomes the duty of the Generals and their soldiers to go to battle against the enemy and to crush them.

It is again time to crush these animals. It is time to protect these innocent kids and the GOOD parents trying to raise and protect them. It is time to distinguish between the two and to tell the big mouth blowhards to get lost, once and for all.

Jesse did appear at the funeral for that kid who was beaten to death in Chicago. He made a token plea to stop the violence then went on to demand that teenagers and schoolchildren be provided with greater security while going to/from school. Of course, if we had just put more cops near schools in the Southside of Chicago, that would be racial profiling. They're outraged coming and going.

Shit, this is probably the smartest thing said on this blog all year.
