Classic Condo Unveiled in Brooklyn

phpCq7rBiPM.jpg It's not all Brownstones and haunted mansions in Brooklyn; a luxury condo called the Venetian has just been unveiled in all its hideousness! Brownstoner reports that the attempt at classical opulence, located in Gravesend, "looks a lot better in reality than we had expected." Be that is it may (is it?), this doesn't look at all like Brooklyn. But is it better than the "Williamsburg Grey" Karl Fischer creations?

It's refreshing after years of Fedders-specials and glass-and-steel condos.

In a way. Put many more of these in Coney Island and I become a fan.

Yeah, I saw it from the F train also, was wondering what it was. It's uh, noticeable to say the least!

You can see this from the F train. I thought it was a school being renovated. Would be like living in a cruse ship.

"The Venetian", how adecuately named. Any schmuck who buys into it will be underwater in 3 months.

There's obviously been a mistake. This was supposed to have been built in Miami.

It needs more tie up spaces for residents who choose to ride their elephants.
