Peeping Tom/"Architect" Had Designs on Brooklyn Woman

2009_09_blueprints.jpg A woman in Cobble Hill called the cops last week when she saw a man trying to open the window of her Congress Street home. When police arrived and questioned the 32-year-old man sitting outside her home with a camera, he told them he was an architect. But when cops asked to see his "blueprints," they instead found snapshots of the woman in her underwear. The man was arrested for unlawful surveillance, criminal trespassing, and stalking.
