This is the first I've heard of this, and it is truly enraging. The guard who accused him admitted to making it all up? Why isn't his lying ass in jail? Don't we have laws against knowingly providing false information to law enforcement with the purpose of having others arrested? There was no mention of any repercussions for the guard, no civil suit, nothing. If I were Mr. Higazi, I'd try to bury that fucker.
