NYPD To Start "Shoeprinting" Footwear

Mayor Bloomberg announced that the NYPD was going to create a footwear database to quickly decode shoe treads and people's walking patterns. Go to the Post article for the info, as well as all the predictable puns about gumshoes, shoe-ins, soles, etc.

i walk with a slight limp. I hope there is no discrimnation for odd walkers like myself. why must the NYPD be so intrusive into our lives? my feet are also not equal in size. they are a bit malformed and one foot is larger than the other. This will disapoint those surveyors!!! For sure!!!
