Land Use Committee Looking for Ways to Ditch the BQE Ditch

After Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez obtained $300,000 in public funds last year for a study to explore possible solutions on what to do with the BQE Ditch, the area along the Columbia waterfront between Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens, the input-gathering process is finally underway—via soliciting blog comments. Nydia hangs out at her taxpayer-funded $2million C. Gardens brownstone 4-5 days a week, and she even has tenants (!!), who pay ridiculous rent (which I'm sure goes unreported).

I'm not sure what she does or when she works, but I wish my neighbors would vote her out!!
