December Martin is suing publishing house McGraw-Hill on sexual harassment charges, claiming she was driven out of her position as Chief Information Officer. Martin claims that when she became pregnant last year, one of her supervisors told her, "Oh, you're tired. You're not having sex. Sex gives you energy."
