"A 10-year-old boy was injured when a stray bullet hit him in the Bronx."

Hmm obviously not the kid's fault that he got hit by a stray bullet but WTF is a 10-year-old kid doing out at a Chinese restaurant at 1 a.m.? Parenting anyone?

Come on, parenting from a 16 year old mom? Be serious.

Have a baby get a check.

I knew that couldn't have been what I had initially thought of at first glance...
