Lights? Sirens? How many times have you seen police cars run upto intersections and go through red lights. Big question is who had right of way and were the police responding to a call?

Okay, now I've lost my last shred of faith in NYPD traffic enforcement. No charges? It was an accident? How do you not hear the siren? Unless you're one of those idiots driving the four-wheeled boomboxes.

And the 2 officers can now retire and collect disability. A win-win for everyone!
