Goats Wander Onto N.E. Thruway

2009_07_goatsh.jpg Perhaps taking a cue from the chicken that was on the loose in Queens, today's weird report over the police wires is that two goats are on the New England Thruway. More specifically, they are on the southbound NE Thruway at the split to the Hutchinson Parkway—there's a highway unit "trying to herd them off the road." Pressing question: Was there a third goat involved and were they looking for a bridge with a troll under it? And last year, a pygmy goat escaped a slaughterhouse and was wandering the Bronx before being taken to Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY.
