Wife Of Guy In Sex Harassment Suit Would Like Topless Photos Back, Plus $1M

Two female assistants to a hedge fund financier are suing for sexual harassment because he made one of them develop topless photos of his wife and, when she delivered the racy pics, allegedly gave her "a perverted smirk" and asked, "You liked them, didn't you?" Danielle Pecile, 26, and Cristina Culicea, 27, filed a joint lawsuit with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission—Culicea says she was harassed when Titan Capital CEO Russell Abrams tasked her to develop a photo of him and his newlywed Sandra in a bathtub.

But now Sandra Abrams has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Culicea and Pecile, claiming that the two essentially tried to blackmail the Abramses by offering to drop the harassment claim in exchange for $2.5 million and a promise to "resolve this matter amicably without the need for a lawsuit and the media coverage that will certainly be generated." That media coverage would presumably lead to the public release of the topless photos, which Pecile was smart enough to copy and save. Fortunately or unfortunately, said photos have yet to surface in the media!

The lawyer for the former employees calls Abrams's lawsuit "outrageous...This is a clear act of retaliation against my clients for both of them having filed an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint." But Abrams, who is seven months pregnant, says she's been caused severe emotional distress by the harassment charges, and she would really like those photos back. Now it's up to Pecile and Culicea to do the right thing and send these photos to tips@gothamist.com so everyone can decide whether Abrams has any reason to be distressed.

Big deal. As the old expression goes, you've seen one, you've seen 'em all ... okay, to be more accurate, you've seen two, you've seen 'em all.

user-pic

those are some yucky looking flapjack boobies.

Click on the pic, and find out who's behind 'em..it's even more appetizing.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

those thangs look thirsty.

i hope those girls release the photos, win the harassment lawsuit, but lose the one to the wife so it's all a wash. nobody wins! except for the lawyers. and us! we'd get to see the photos.

just topless photos? what's the big deal? go to a european beach and the many women there are topless. How can anyone expect to blackmail someone with these photos??

As much as I like their "socialist" universal health care but last time I checked this isn't Europe. This place is too damn f'ing uptight about nudity but damn if you take away their right to blast someone's face off with your automatic rifle (that's for hunting).

"Oh its SOOO terrible"
"But if you give me some money everything will be okay"

Shut up scumbag
Take your back pay like a moral person would and move on with your life

who the fuck "develops film" anymore?

Not actually what happened. According to the linked Post article he (allegedly) asked her to have prints made from copies that were on a CD. So they were digital pics.

OMG- is that a man or a woman?

I was ready to defend the boobies-- because seriously, real boobies are like that often, they don't stand at attention like the silicone kind!-- but sheesh! Is that really a woman? I'm not even sure. Ew.

From looks of that photo, she clearly found the whole situation "draining".
