Female Hardhat Sues For $20 Million Over Sexual Harassment

072109wisniewski.jpg Yesterday, a construction safety coordinator filed a $20 million lawsuit, accusing her employer of ignoring reports of sexual harassment while working at a Park Avenue JPMorgan Chase building site. Bianca Wisniewski, a 43-year-old widowed mother of two, says she repeatedly fended off lewd advances from elevator operator Steve Greco in 2007. According to the suit, Greco's overtures included grabbing her around the waist and cooing, "I just want to take you to dinner, no fu*king," and "Everybody kisses engineer Steve. This is a man's world, not a place for women to work." The suit accuses LIC's Total Safety Consulting of ignoring her complaints, offering her job back but then rescinding the offer and replacing her with a man. Her lawyer says, "What I find atrocious is that here's a woman who was working in a job where we have... crane accidents and people dying, and she was in a position of authority to ensure safety. But when she reports a guy vilely hitting on her, instead of protecting her safety, they protect a scoundrel." None of the defendants in the lawsuit—JPMorgan Chase, Total Safety, Greco, and his union—have formally commented, but Greco told a Daily News reporter yesterday, "I don't know [Wisniewski]. I don't know what you're talking about."

I wonder if the files have gone missing too, dirtbag.

Greco is lying. He knew that the hot Polish widower that dresses like she's needs it, needed it.

What is it with these women? Can't they take a bit of male joking around? It's not like the elevator operator stopped between floors and did her, only to tell her afterwards that she would have to walk the rest of the way up.

Widower? Is this guy gay?

"What is it with these women? Can't they take a bit of male joking around?"

Are you serious??? NOT OK. Just because this woman is working at a male dominated site DOES NOT mean it's ok to make her the target of nasty comments and the object of their affection. It's not a pick up joint, it's work.

If you had any idea what men say and do to women as we walk down the street every day... Flattery does not come in the form of hisses or lewd comments from nasty elevator operators.

RESPECT WOMEN. MIND YOUR MANORS.

I think you have a wrong impression of the guy. In his own way he is paying a compliment to the broad. If she can't accept it fine. But don't come down on someone who thinks your face and body is hot, because she ain't going to be hot for too much longer.

Women don't exist for men to judge their beauty. You may consider this sort of behavior to be a compliment, but most women aren't interested in your opinion. It is not a nice feeling to be constantly looked at and be spoken to in a lewd manner. It's especially disturbing to young women (teenagers) who are developing their identities and self-worth and seem to be appreciated primarily for their physical attributes.

That said, the woman doesn't deserve $20 million.

That Greco sounds like a real charmer.

That's nothing. You should see what his wife and his neighbors think about him. He's got the moves and the words to accompany same.

Dis guy has been working the elevator scam since the early '90's.

If true, then take him to the cleaners.

Fuck this lawsuit hungry bitch.
"Oh its SOOO terrible buy pay me some money and that'll make everything ok"
FUCK YOU
You are owed a public apology and your job back, NOTHING more.
And fuck you for going on disability for depression.
Give me a fucking break.

Everybody kisses engineer KiljoyWasHere.
Gotta start using that out at the bars. . .
