This story has certainly inflamed a lot of emotions, and justifiably so. That girl should be shipped off to prison for the rest of her life. She has no remorse and will never find any kind of redemption. It's just a matter of time before her next "joke" involves a defenseless two-legged creature.

To say expressions of disgust to animal cruelty acts are giving "preference" to animals over humans... is to say that you have a limited amount of respect that can be allocated only to "humans" because your respect is not plenty enough to give others.
