'Big Baby' Would Never Mow Down Traffic Cop, Says Priest

2009_05_traffagent.jpg As the traffic agent who had both of her legs broken when she was run down while issuing a ticket to a double parked car recovers, the local priest of the man accused of doing it is coming out to defend him. Anthony Grullon has been charged with attempted murder for mowing down Sabrina Rosada and is being held on $100,000 bail. He was supposedly inside Heavenly Vision Christian Center in the Bedford Park section of the Bronx when he came rushing out to hop in his Ford Taurus. Grullon, who is 5'8" and 250 pounds, was caught on surveillance video racing out to his car. Robert Pinero, the pastor at Heavenly Vision, says that the collision must have been an accident. He told the Post, "This guy's like a big baby. Everybody loves him. I don't believe he meant to kill that officer. He was trying to flee from getting a ticket." Rosada is still in guarded condition at St. Barnabas Hospital, where her aunt says she is doing much better.

I don't see a lot of tears or condolences here for the injured. The person injured is not a real officer, she was an agent. In the old days they were called meter maids.

I hope Anthony Gullen recovers fully from the incident.

Yeah, After all killing someone for doing their job should be soooo legal.

"This guy's like a big baby. Everybody loves him. I don't believe he meant to kill that officer. He was trying to flee from getting a ticket."

Then he should have stopped after "accidentally" running her over. Babies big and small need to learn the consequences of their actions.

At 5-8, 250#s, it is a reasonable assumption that Stringbean Tony was not "racing" out to his car. Waddling, well that's a distinct possibility.

there should be a meter maid porn, like maybe she tries ticketing the bang bus or something...

Oh God, another one of those "mother's baby". You know the score; the moment they say "He's a good kid...", he's the typically the opposite.

Lock his irresponsible ass up.

A big baby, yeah that's about right.

>> I don't believe he meant to kill that officer. He was trying to flee from getting a ticket. >>

Father? Really. An accident that happens while someone is being irresponsible is still their fault, no? Let us pray.

What ever happened to officer's being respectful, courtious and professional. I wont say all but most of the traffic police that i have encounter are overly aggressive. The VIDEO CLIP CLEARLY showed that the officer was no where near his car at the time. Who told her to RUN after the moving vehicle (possibly entering a blind spot) and bang on the window cursing "your going to get this F???ing ticket." Where is the courtesy, respect or professionalism in that? She provoked the accident. She obviously put her self in HARMS way. She should have backed off. Her actions were the moves of an egotistical officer abusing her authority as many of them do.

Wow, so this a--wipe is 26 yrs old, 5'8" & 250 lbs. Dude, you should have walked, not driven anywhere. Better yet jogged. So instead of a $115 ticket, you have $100,000 bail for an attemped murder charge. People keep procreating ... NOT
