Too many kids in a car and joking around probably is not a good combination. Somewhere I read an article about how the accident rate among teens increases geometrically with the number of teens in a car.

People are making jokes and that's mad foul. Chris went to my skool and people all around were sad and we hadda moment of silence. And the rest went to thomas edison high school and girls in the halls were crying and everything. You should be ashamed of yourself for making stupid remarks

Yall must have some nerve two people are DEAD. Yea they may have made some dumb choices but really think about the fact that their grieving friends are going to be on here looking for answers. One dumb mistake doesn't make a dumb person and it doesn't add any less value to the lives that were lost and that are fighting for their lives. Be civil and to the friends and family i am SO sorry for your loss and pain.

I'm in High School, mother's day weekend we had a really popular kid commit suicide on mother's day. There were so many people crying, even the big tough guys, the people nobody thought would cry were crying like babies. My point is, is that I never knew the kid, never even met him. I didn't say one cross thing that day. I could have made jokes. Gods knows I had enough that popped into my head. But I didn't because it was disrespectful to the dead, their family, and their friends. There is I time to make fun of people and times when you never should.

Death is nothing to joke about or make fun of. You say that they had no brains for fitting that many in that car. You have no brains for making fun of them and cracking jokes.

I am so sadden to see the bad language, the unfeeling remarks and mean comments. The truth of the matter is that this is a tragady beyond words even though I do not know those that died. But for those of us who are fortunante to have another day of life, be careful when you are driving, cars are dangerous and thousands of people-old and young-die every day. Using cell phones, drinking and driving;and speeding among other things can cause an accident. I don't know what caused this accident, but the driver was under the acceptable age for NYC. Obey the law and pray every day for traveling mercies. MY sympathies to the families.
