That April is Such a Tease

Hey, was that snow? Yes. Yes it was. Nobody ever said April showers were limited to rain. Expect more light rain or snow showers through this afternoon as an upper-level disturbance does its thing while passing through the region. Any precipitation will add to the rawness of what is turning out to be a cold and windy spring day. The high should barely make 50 today.

In contrast, tomorrow should be just peachy. Look for a mix of sun and clouds with a high around 60.

It looks like more showers, all rain, will return on Friday and Saturday. Friday will warm to the mid 50s but Saturday is likely to stay in the 40s. How cold does that make the weekend? Let's put it this way, Easter Sunday's high is expected to be in the mid 40s, more than ten degrees colder than the Christmas 2008 high of 57.

Stupid Punxsutawney Phil! It's all his damn fault!

So much for my new Easter dress.
