How come NYC's Guardian Angels don't do anything useful like that?
Guardian Angels - get a life! If you want to be cops, go to the police academy. You're going to have to get new uniforms though.
Wow, how does Matty find the time to comment both here and Chicagoist regularly?
The tagger got off easy. If he hadn't acted up so much, they probably would have just let him sit against the wall. Although I'm sure more than a few people wouldn't have minded if he had tried to escape and squirmed his way onto the tracks to a messy end.
then fucking sue their asses into oblivion, those guardian angels are still one of the few people i would spit on and dare them to do something, them and the hasids, otherwise i'm a pretty nice guy
Where's the internet tough guy meme when you need it? Good job Guardian Angels; if more people had hobbies like protecting people and property on the subway instead of vandalizing property the city would be a bit better. If you want to practice your graffiti do it on your own property or on a canvas.
So people are allowed to take the law into their own hands now? That looks more than a citizen's arrest to me.
No, it's legal. They're detaining him until the police arrive, which the law allows in citizen's arrests. If they tried to move him to a police station, that would be illegal.
Why exactly would you spit on Guardian Angels? What did they ever do to you?
And good luck spitting on Hasids. You'll do 25 years for that.
Too bad the Hells Angels didn't detain this tagger
