Snow Day Makes Way for Ice and Slush Week

After yesterday's snow storm, be very careful whether you're walking or driving—the roads are slick and icy. As for the snow fall, WCBS 2 reports that Central Park saw 8" (Long Island—14.5"— and the Jersey shore—13.5"— saw higher amounts of accumulation).

Weather-wise, bundle up! According to 1010 WINS, "The AccuWeather forecast calls for a high temperature of 24 degrees today, but it will drop again tonight to a low of 13 degrees. Tomorrow expect a high of only 32 degrees with a slight warm-up in the afternoon." And the windchill will make it feel much closer to 0. On the bright side, this is more reason for hot chocolate, right?
