Reviews are scant for My Bloody Valentine 3D; it's one of those pieces of crap the studio doesn't bother screening for critics, since the flick's target audience couldn't care less what Manohla Dargis thinks anyway. But here's what one Peter Sobczynski wrote on efilmcritic.com: "There really isn’t much more to say about “My Bloody Valentine 3-D—those viewers who are fans of trashy horror films are likely to love it (assuming that they are able to see it in 3-D) while those who aren’t are advised to avoid it at all costs. It is trash, of course, but it is undeniably entertaining trash for the most part and after spending a couple of months watching one piece of self-important Oscar bait after another, its blend of blood, guts and gratuitous nudity (the latter supplied by starlet Betsy Rue in a performance that is sure to be hailed as one of the all-time greats by Mr. Skin) does come as a strangely welcome respite from all the cinematic seriousness of late."
A rather lackluster batch of new movies are being dumped this week, which is okay because so many must-sees opened around the holidays that there's plenty of catching up to do. (Gran Torino, The Wrestler and Waltz With Bashir, for starters.) Anyway, click the images for more on this week's stinkers.

people criticize Gothamist for the shoplifter story yet the movie Notorious about a drug dealer, gang banger, high school dropout will most likely sell out this weekend. sick society
I have Hello Kitty band-aids just like Paul Blart.
I just got a hello kitty toaster Jen, it's great, i make toast just to see her little face... which is way more entertaining then say, wasting money on these lousy movies.
Def. agree with the catching up on the "good" movies out there.
FOX is the distributor of Notorious. Even the trailer stinks, and the trailer usually highlight the best parts of athe movie. blah

I wonder if the actor playing Puff Daddy will also jump around like some fame-whoring cricket in "Biggie's" videos.
I remember the "Sugarhill gang"
Were they not ht hip hop group?
Oh for the early 1980's I was old
even back then.
This film (good or bad) will make money
especially in Europe & Asia where when
they see American's on film thye get
terrified of us a little as a keeper
of Atomic weapons.
The Japanese like to see African-Americans
so that they don't ever have them in their
backyard,if you know what I mean.
