Fatal Construction Collapse at the Trump Soho, January 14: What was initially thought to be a scaffolding collapse at the under-construction Trump Soho turned out to be a partial collapse of newly-poured concrete 42nd floor. Workers had been pouring concrete into molds which broke; one worker, Yuriy Vanchytskyy, fell 42 stories to his death while one was caught by the safety netting.
