Shootings Claim Lives in Brooklyn, the Bronx

2008_12_bkcd.jpg A used car dealer was fatally shot by three men attempting to rob his store on Saturday night in Brooklyn. The Daily News reports the suspects were in the store earlier in the day, putting a deposit down on a car, and when they came back around 6:30 p.m., they demanded money, which 35-year-old Bobby Carnival (pictured) refused to hand over. Carnival, the married father of two, "was wrestling with one gunman in the office of his Cars on Utica lot when another suspect shot him in the chest." Saturday night. Another person was also wounded in the shooting. And a 15-year-old Brooklyn boy, Troy Zapata, was fatally shot in the back as he tried to flee gunfire in a Bronx housing project early Sunday. The News describes the Adams House as "gritty"

"Adams House as "gritty." Name me one housing project that isn't "gritty."

#1 No shit huh? Someone is looking for the "states the obvious award" for '08 !!

Hopefully the cops will find the animals and gun them down where they stand. Guns can be tossed at their feet afterwards for show.

#4 I certainly wouldn't assume that in the same vein as I wouldn't assume your a Greaseball Guido due to the last three letters of your moniker!!!!!

Forgive me I meant "Italian-American" !

you mean there's another bobby carnival?
anyway this was sad, a friend said all he did was work at his shop.

This is awful. I thought the holidays were supposed to bring out the best in people. Can't we get a cease fire until 1/2/08?

It's time to just blow up the projects.
