All the negative sales figures given here are less than ten percent.  Adding a decimal does not make a figure double-digit.

And declines reported from &quot;credit card date&quot; are probably higher because fewer people are able or willing to load up their credit cards this year and are instead paying with debit or cash.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
