It's a story about someone (no one knows if it was a hipster or not) that hung a sprig of fake mistletoe above an entrance/exit to the subway. If that truly ruined Christmas for you, then I suggest you do what a lot of people do at this time of year and off yourself because you are past the point of a Scrooge-like soul-saving.
