"Why name a club "undercooked chicken"?" Huh? In which language does 'Studio B' translate to that? I assume that's the club you're talking about, since I know that the English translation of 'le poisson rouge' is 'the red fish.'

Well if the club is based on a Miami Club, we should be paying Miami prices: You give me $ 500,000 and I'll take your lease at half price IF you have the cash now. Otherwise, I'll just rent the place from your landlord for $5,000 a month and put in a sneaker shop in six months.
