- Jets 31 Buffalo 27: Dick Jaron has some explaining to do and Jets’ fans owe him a big thank you. Up by three points and facing a 2nd-and-5 with 2:06 in the game, Jaron called a rollout pass. Bills’ quarterback J.P. Losman didn’t feel the pressure from Abram Elam and Elam’s hit knocked the football out. After a couple of bounces, Shaun Ellis scooped it up and raced into the endzone for a touchdown. Losman responded by throwing an interception on the next series and the Jets went from losers to winners and saved their season. ,
- Dallas 20 Giants 8: New York was anemic on offense, barely able to run the ball and unable to protect Eli Manning. The defense was better, but couldn’t make the big stop when they needed and now the Giants have their first losing streak of the season. Strangely, the loss doesn’t really cost them in the standings because they have already won the division and they would have needed to beat the Panthers next Sunday to clinch the top seed in the conference anyway. But, they certainly don’t look like the same team they did.

these giants have made me incandescent with rage lately. what the hell happened?
What happened? No offense. Pretty simple after that.
Let's hear it for the Jets. Keep hope alive.
Pretty lousy time for the Giants to start playing so shitty. The only saving grace is that last night's game didn't really mean anything to them -- next week is still the contest that will decide the #1 seed in the NFC.
My boys are still in the wild card race... for now. Hopefully they won't need the Heimlich.
