The co-creator of Sesame Street was my old landlord (actually his daughter was, because he's dead.) He lived for many years in Brooklyn Heights and then in Boerum Hill from 1975 until his death in 1998. His daughter said Boerum Hill was the model of Sesame Street, specifically Smith Street. He used to live at 63 Wyckoff, where I lived also until about a year ago.

How much is the rent for an apartment on sesame street? Looks like a nice neighborhood. to #3, I'm pretty sure they film the show in some studios in LIC, Queens. I could be wrong though.
