EVENT: Nick Diamonds (of Islands) presents A Night of Music, Comedy & Weirdness tonight at the Knitting Factory. Hosted by John Roberts, the evening will feature sets by David Cross, Fred Armisen, Marnie Stern, Amazing Baby, Conrad Keely (Trail of Dead), Eugene Mirman, and others. On top of all that, there will be "miracle fruit taste testings, real humans in cages, live art installations, knitting tutorials, other assorted weirdness." Unless something has changed from past seasons, it is not possible to sign up to participate in the Williamsburg Spelling Bee Finals. The roster for the Finals is made up of the winners and runners-up from all the previous bees of the current season. There will be no new entrants tonight.
