quinn and bloomberg are a joke. everyone should take that rebate check sign the back and wipe their butts and send it back to pay their property tax with it.they are robbing all hard working taxpayers. keep rasing taxes and see who you have left living in new york. when the taxpayers leave and move to another state all you will have here are your welfare recipients. and your illegal immigrants . good luck taxing them .

how about that 25% pay increase Quinn gave herself or the lifelong pension for extending term limits. or what about working full time instead of part time for the 125K pay as council members?

Eliminating that stupid three district garage planned for Spring street would add 500 extra extra large ones in expenses. HRP doesn't have money to develop Gansevort pier anyway in the foreseeable future, so why go through the exercise of clearing it of what's there now?

How about eliminating the borough presidents? They are one big waste of money.
