  • Nets 95 Philadelphia 84: Vince Carter was just two assists short of a triple-double and Devin Harris poured in 27 points. The Nets shot almost 50% from the field and the Sixers didn’t come close to that as New Jersey cruised to an easy win.

Harris wasn't feeling well before the game, "I wasn't feeling that great and I didn't warm up at all. But once you get a couple of shots to drop, it seems to open up a bit more.''

  • Devils 2 Montreal 1 (OT): Zach Parise scored a power-play goal 31 seconds into the overtime period to give New Jersey the win.
  • Atlanta 5 Islanders 1: New York scored less than a minute into the game, but it was all downhill from there. Atlanta poured it on, despite getting only 17 shots and blew out the Islanders.
