• A Manhattan lawyer was killed in Philadelphia, apparently by his dominatrix girlfriend's old client.

• A Smithtown 18-year-old who crashed his car and killed three people was sentenced to 30 days. The three counts of criminally negligent homicide were dismissed by the judge.
