Bail Denied for Bus Driver Slay Suspect

2008_12_whmoore.jpgHorace Moore, the man suspected of killing bus driver Edwin Thomas on the B46 route, was denied bail. The Post notes that Brooklyn Judge Stephanie Zaro "sarcastically" referred to Moore's extensive criminal resume when speaking to Moore's lawyer, "Your client is 20 years old. He began his illustrious career at 15 years old. I'm remanding him." The Daily News points out that Moore had "got[ten] off easy for prior crimes," which allegedly include "knifing a buddy in the stomach over a $100 debt." Moore's lawyer tried to explain that Moore has a young child and another baby on the way, and the victim's brother fumed about Moore, "They're talking about him having kids coming. But my brother had kids also, and I don't have a brother now. My niece and nephew, they don't have a father now."

I can't wait until "Minority Report" starts to happen. Then you can arrest people for future crimes they will commit.

I can't wait until we build a Kryptonian style "Phantom Zone" to hurl these utterly hopeless, morally bankrupt, menaces to civilization.

I can just imagine the slut he had his first child with and the slut that is expecting his second child. Abort them all! Do them in in front of him and make him eat the remains and then kill him. Other than that let him go before a parole board and have him plead for leniency.

Use him for rat bait in the subways.

Why do that when a needle and bag of KCl are so cheap?

Ship this d-bag to Texas for a rush job.

i can't wait until we freeze criminals in a "demolition man" disc, re-writing their brains until they're harmless.

why is it ok to execute a rabid animal, but not a rabid human?

May he never see the light of day ever again.

Mr. Thomas's brother, your job now in life is to make sure that your niece and nephew know how much their father cared about them. i don't know what this feels like for you or for them, but you make sure they know.

It's like when you kill a roach and it leaves behind 2 eggs. Just knowing this guy has 2 future spawn that are going to terrorize me when I'm in my 60's scare me

I'm trying to summon up some sympathy for the guy but it isn't working. It's probably because he stabbed a man over a bus transfer. That might be it.

It sucks for his kids, though; the didn't do anything wrong.

Through him under a bus, then drag his ass to the subway and throw him on the tracks. There's your free transfer guy.

I wish they wouldn't provide Medicaid for women who were pregnant, and then give them food stamps, checks, etc, etc.....Honestly, they can't even take care of themselves and only have kids because it's "free" (you guys all know who's picking up the tab). With no structure to provide for a family that's what happens. This guy is only 20, has 2 kids and a 5 year "thug career". That loser didn't have money to pay for a $2 fare. You see what I'm talking about?
When I say that my friends call me Republican.

Oh I have the answer to that Minority Report idea. See if we implode the projects in the middle of the night then we will cut crime by 65%.

Men that wear dem earrings scare me.

It's a shame that people on this forum deniggerate the projects. There are also people that live in those projects that hold jobs.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Jim, Fran, and Bob!
