What's the big deal? There's a fair chance that Obama was born in Kenya and/or gave up his US citizenship to get an Indonesian passport so he could travel in Pakistan and also get foreign student tuition at Columbia. Of course he could clear this up in 2 seconds by producing the required documents but he didn't when the Philadelphia court ordered him to, thus legally admitting to the charges. Anyway, the Supreme Court will decide on this eventually even if the media studiously attempt to bury the story. Constitution? Qu'est-ce que c'est?

Specifically, Article I, section 6 of the U.S. Constitution provides "No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time." but sinc HRC is a SHE, clearly this rule doesn't apply. nitpickin' bastards.
