I think the solution here is obvious. We need to engage a Department of Defense task force to train the squirrels, hawks, and pigeons to attack the rats from the land, air, and their underground cities. Equipping the squirrels with flashlights, small helmets, and simple weaponry is clearly the best and most humane solution to this problem.

Rats make wonderful pets but Yuppies are much more fun as pets. Sometimes, it's hard to choose which bait to use in the traps.

Hilarious. Instead of doing their job by killing rats they'll issue tickets to local businesses. Anything to make a buck I guess.
