This article demonstrates the problem with reporting the first day's testimony in a trial but not the subsequent days. Anthony Haydenn, one of the four African American men fired from Spitzer's building testified that he personally wrote to Bernard Spitzer at his office and called Spitzer's office to inform the buiding owner of the racial discrimination at 150 W 57th street. Haydenn testified that Spitzer's secretary told him Spitzer had seen the letter and "there is nothing he can do". Thus Spitzer's denial of knowledge in his testimony was perjury. Bernard Spitzer directed the firing of the four Black men. That's why the Management company Gumly Haft settled this law-suit out of court. A more accurate reading of the affidavits filed in the case would show the Building Manager said " Mr. Spitzer said fire all the N-----s" Hopefully a fair minded jury will vote for justice Roger Stone New York City
