<description>&lt;p&gt;I thought Access-A-Ride was supposed to take the aged and infirm to the hospital or a doctor&apos;s office and the trips paid for by Medicare or Medicaid. I didn&apos;t know they could be hired for trips to the Opera.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
