Gothamist: Phish Spotted in NYC Studio

This might be a move to confuse any crazy Phish fans from spying local recording studios. There is a studio in my hometown where you can witness any given band preforming and even hear the music flowing out of the building, night and day. Hopefully, this might serve as a good diversion for the musicians....as I'm sure the NY fans would take interest in catching them at local studios around town.

http://www.troutrecording.com/contact.html No address on the website but I googled the fone number and this address popped up 319 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215 Park Slope is a stretch. but let's not get into that.

that photo is not from any studio in Brooklyn. it's from SIR Studios on West 25th street in Manhattan. You can tell because of this picture from their website: http://www.sirny.com/img/stage3Photo.jpg Maybe they've moved on to a Brooklyn studio by now, but they were definitely in Manhattan rehearsing at the beginning of this week.
