Yeah, Hugo blames the strangest things on Obama. It's almost like he's a 10-year-old who just discovered politics exist, but is a little fuzzy on who stands for what. BUT, this is actually a good example of why you need to worry about FISA and the general erosion of your rights in the "fight against terror." Sure, it's unlikely that the CIA is going to tap your phone, but it's possible that some low-level schmuck will abuse these tools to serve his own agenda. Look at how NYPD runs around and videotapes whoever they want.
