In Hempstead, a pregnant woman chased down the guy who snatched her necklace and scratched her in the eyes. The robber is being held on $250,000 bail. 17 prior arrests, 16 convictions and chased down by a pregnant woman. Maybe someone wasn't cut out for the life of crime.
