• Workers at Union Square noodlery Republic will be protesting--they claim they are cheated out of their wages--at 3 p.m. today.
• Though Ralph Nicoletti was allegedly so upset over Obama's win that he and a friend beat up a black teen, Nicoletti's name doesn't appear on Staten Island's voter registration rolls.
• OMFG meets X-Men: OC and Gossip Girl creator Josh Schwartz will write the screenplay for X-Men: First Class, about a younger set of mutants.
