I just really want to know how someone comes to the conclusion that killing is a solution. Did he really believe that he would get away with it? Of all the married couples I know, I don't believe any of them would even think to weigh the pros/cons of murder versus divorce much less choose the former!

I would never want to censor the media or limit the press and I regretted my comments. But as a father, I feel awful for her family. They had to suffer this terrible loss, and now they have to endure the entire process in minute detail in the media. I really hate William Walsh for being such a coward and killing his wife instead of killing himself. You're the cheat, Walsh, and the guilt and the knowledge of what a piece of dog-turd you are made you kill her. You should have been man enough to accept responsibility.

this dude is dumb. You are suppose to cut the body up into little bitty parts and then feed them into a blender then flush all the goop down into the toilet seat. Finish off with 5 gallons of bleach and done. That's what Dexter would do.

r1b2 I agree, but gov regulation is no solution. We need to count on the good taste of journalists, please hold the laughter. And the good sense of readers and viewers to say no to poor taste. That said the truth about crimes like this matters. The truth matters period, in all it's uglyness. People are murdered and we say they "passed away." The diluting of reality with dishonest language or exclusion of facts delays improvment and progress. If we don't know the realities of our world how do we fix what is wrong. For this family that has harsh personal realities I don't dismiss lightly. But how many people have been motivated to seek help for themselves after someone bravely comes forward with a personal story about being a victim or mental illness. Just a thought

The media shouldn't selectively limit what they do and don't want to publish, what would the rules be, where would the lines be? If you don't want to hear about it, don't read it.
