You mean I can't open a bar in the East Village without getting harassed by the Community Boards, but I can run a full-on crack house in Brooklyn for 3 years and the police won't even bust it!! And I can do it out a place that would cost $10 million in Manhattan. Jeez, all of us in are in the wrong business!

Because only brownstones in gentrified neighborhoods are expensive. I think Bed-stuy has some of the cheapest rent in all of NYC, but thats prolly because it's full of crackheads.
